We’re excited to announce: 10 ROUNDS! Beachbody’s FIRST ever boxing program, created by our favourite MMA + Lifting Trainer; Joel Freeman! It’s a high-intensity, low-impact, boxing program aimed at helping you create a lean and mean body! With round after round of punching combinations, you'll be on your way to crushing your cardio and burning calories like crazy!

This program is classified as a beginner to intermediate workout program designed to help you lose weight, and build lean muscle, while increasing your strength, speed, and endurance. There ARE modification options that allow you to start where you’re at and increase the intensity as you get stronger.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
You’ll need light, medium, heavy dumbbells (5-15lb weights work well for most people). 
Resistance loops.

Additional recommended equipment include: A Workout Mat

WORKOUT LENGTH
30-40 Minute Workouts, 5 Days per week for 6 weeks

Boxing + Lifting Come Together
👉 Each week, Joel will lead us through 3 days of shadow boxing training (no heavy bag or partner!) and 2 days of strength training to help us get a true, full body transformation!
👉 The boxing workouts are broken up into 10, 3-minute, rounds each, where we’ll focus on learning punching combinations and footwork. Each of the 3 boxing days per week include conditioning drills to help build Power, Speed, Agility, and Endurance! Our twice weekly lifting days include a day for Upper Body and a day for Lower Body.
👉 For these workouts, you’re going to need a set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, a set of resistance loops (approx 9 or 12”), and a sweat towel!

10 Rounds Nutrition

This program is going to ask a LOT of your body so you’ll need to fuel it properly. Included with your 10 Rounds program is a guide to nutrition that will help you create a base for healthy, sustainable nutrition habits. However, if you’re looking for long term nutrition results, one of our two comprehensive nutrition programs -- Ultimate Portion Fix and 2B Mindset -- will help you get even better results! Two 7 Day Sample Meal Plans (one for each 2B + UPF) and a 10 Rounds Intro to Nutrition video are all also included with this program!

What's Included in 10 Rounds?
  • 30 Unique Workouts: You’ll do 3 boxing workouts and 2 resistance-training days each week, with 2 days off at your choosing. All workouts are 30–40 minutes and feature core exercises to get you shredded and lean.
  • Prep Workouts: Joel wants to make sure you’re using proper technique in both the boxing and weightlifting workouts. These 10-minute prep workouts will get you familiar with the punches, footwork, and resistance-training moves you’ll be using for 6 weeks.
  • Boxing Basics Video: Watch this to learn how to properly throw a punch before starting the program. Reference this video at any time to check correct form and technique for each of the six punches and two defensive moves that are used for every combination you’ll throw throughout the program.
  • ​Resistance Loops: Take your fitness to the next level with the addition of our premium resistance loops. Joel integrates these throughout the program on both strength and boxing days! You will love the transformation you see in the mirror from adding these bands!
