👉 Each week, Joel will lead us through 3 days of shadow boxing training (no heavy bag or partner!) and 2 days of strength training to help us get a true, full body transformation!
👉 The boxing workouts are broken up into 10, 3-minute, rounds each, where we’ll focus on learning punching combinations and footwork. Each of the 3 boxing days per week include conditioning drills to help build Power, Speed, Agility, and Endurance! Our twice weekly lifting days include a day for Upper Body and a day for Lower Body.
👉 For these workouts, you’re going to need a set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, a set of resistance loops (approx 9 or 12”), and a sweat towel!
